Please arrive in comfortable clothes and wear swimsuits, hats and a currency of NIS 10 per locker.
If you have any medical problems, must update the spa staff in advance before treatment.
Pregnant women can receive a massage only from week 16 onwards .
Please refrain from coming to treatments with valuable jewelry and objects. The management will not be responsible for any items lost during your stay
Cancellation or rejection of booked and confirmed treatments will be accepted only upon prior notification of a minimum of 24Hours before scehduled treatment. A later cancellation will incurre a 50% cancellation fee.
In case of late arrival of client, the delay time is reduced from the duration of treatment (naturally we will do our best to give the maximum).
Smoking is not allowed in the spa center.
Patrons must shower before using spa facilities.
The use of the spa facilities is only allowed from the age of 18 (Except for pool entry).
